We are seeking a Client Advisor to join a busy Commercial Insurance team within a well-established independent brokerage. You will provide high-quality service and technical support to clients, helping to manage their insurance needs from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Working closely with Client Executives and insurers, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client outcomes while developing your technical knowledge of commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
Provide technical administration across commercial insurance policies
Liaise with insurers to secure appropriate cover for clients
Handle client queries, claims support and policy updates
Ensure accurate records and compliance with FCA requirements
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Support payment processing and premium finance arrangements
About You
Experience in a regulated or FCA-compliant environment
Background in general insurance or strong client service experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Desirable
Knowledge of commercial insurance
Progress towards CII qualifications
Experience using Acturis or similar systems
