We are working alongside an established Facilities Management company based in Billingham looking to add a Catering Supervisor to its site services team.
Within the role you will be expected to carry out the following:
Monitoring of service standards, including Food Temperatures & Hygiene documentation in line with the Food Hygiene Legislation and Food Standards Agency and EHO.
Monitor feedback and identify any service changes required to meet the service level agreements.
Stock Control – Ordering and recording of goods is essential to good stock management, rotation of goods to ensure that all movement is recorded and monitored
Lead Hospitality services – liaising with clients to ensure appropriate levels of service and ensuring standards are maintained
To be considered for the position you must hold some if not all of the following skills/qualifications:
Must be computer literate with effective use of Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
A minimum of Food Safety and Hygiene level 2 is required.
Professional Catering Certificates in food production and service
It is essential to hold a Full UK Driving License to travel between sites
