A leading law firm is recruiting for a full time Billing Assistant to work from their Harrogate office, they can hybrid working of 2 days in the office. You will be responsible for the delivery of a professional, accurate and efficient billing service to the firm’s clients
To be considered you should have experience of working in an accounts department and have experience of processing invoice/sales ledger.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who hasn’t worked in the legal sector and would like to , as training will be provided.
Duties
· Bill Processing: ensure that bills are processed accurately and efficiently and that invoices are despatched in accordance with agreed deadlines and procedures.
· Editing Time and Disbursements: ensure time entries that are transferred or written off have received the appropriate authorisation and are processed accurately.
· Deal with client queries and staff queries.
Skills required:
· Previous experience of working in accounts and processing invoice/sales ledger from a professional services environment is required
· IT literacy including Word and Excel
