A new fantastic opportunity for an Audio Typist/Administrator has arisen in Stockton-on-Tees to join a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants. The role will provide support to a team of professional accountants alongside various administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you MUST have audio typist experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital audio typing and admin tasks

  • Providing full administrative support to the whole team

  • Filing, archiving, scanning photocopying & binding

  • Answering phones and dealing with enquiries or taking messages

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues

  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times

  • Be proactive to be able to complete work

Candidate Profile:

  • Well organised, dependable, proactive and able to take the initiative

  • Be flexible and prepared to help others when needed

  • Organisation, co-ordination and prioritising skills

  • Professional and confident telephone manner

  • Ability to work in a team and understand team dynamics

  • IT skills- Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel), Outlook

  • Audio typist experience

  • Should have attention to detail
