A well-established and creative business is looking to recruit an experienced Art/Creative Director to play a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality creative projects and campaigns.
This position will suit a commercially minded and innovative creative professional who is confident leading projects, working closely with stakeholders and supporting a talented in-house team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring experience working with recognised brands and high-profile accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative development of campaigns across print, digital and marketing channels
Ensure all creative output is visually engaging, on-brand and aligned with business objectives
Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients and external suppliers to deliver successful projects
Provide guidance, mentorship and creative direction to the wider team
Review and approve creative assets, maintaining consistency and quality standards
Present creative concepts and ideas confidently to stakeholders
Stay informed on creative trends, tools and industry developments
Assist with project planning, timelines and overall campaign delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Art Director, Creative Director or Senior Creative role
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, leadership and campaign delivery
Experience working with major brands, high-profile clients or household names
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a busy creative environment
Proactive, adaptable and highly detail-oriented approach
Experience & Qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art or a related subject (or equivalent experience)
5+ years’ experience within a creative or agency-style environment
Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be advantageous
