Description

We are recruiting for a successful, growing business located in Shildon, County Durham who is looking to appoint an Administrator to join their busy team on a full or part-time, temporary basis.

The role:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Reception duties
  • Dealing with customer telephone enquiries
  • Printing production documents
  • Dispatching goods and booking transport
  • Checking supplier invoices
  • Scanning
  • Help and assist colleagues as required.

Key Qualities and Skills

  • Confidence on the phone
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and SAGE Accounts would be an advantage
  • Experience working in customer service environment

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm
