We are recruiting for a successful, growing business located in Shildon, County Durham who is looking to appoint an Administrator to join their busy team on a full or part-time, temporary basis.
- Processing sales orders
- Reception duties
- Dealing with customer telephone enquiries
- Printing production documents
- Dispatching goods and booking transport
- Checking supplier invoices
- Help and assist colleagues as required.
Key Qualities and Skills
- Confidence on the phone
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and SAGE Accounts would be an advantage
- Experience working in customer service environment
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm
