Administrator, Leeds, £20,000

A well-established financial services business in central Leeds is looking to appoint a professional administrator to join their Leeds branch. To be considered you should be a good team player, have strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, be flexible and be able to prirotise their workload.

Duties:

  • Greeting visitors, answering the switchboard and calls/enquiries
  • Arranging meeting rooms, checking availability and booking rooms
  • Support the PA’s with general administration skills and diary support
  • Support the PA team with the office facilities and H&S responsibilities
  • Deal with incoming and outcoming post
  • Manage visitor hospitality
  • Management and maintenance of stationary stock
  • Setting up new clients and contacts on the management system

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office experienced
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Well presented

37.5hrs/week
