Key Responsibilities:
Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Regularly calling customers to check in and ensure satisfaction
Supporting the on-the-road sales team with quotes, documentation, and follow-ups
Assisting the marketing department with research and contributing content ideas
