We are working with a Billingham based manufacturing company who are searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Health and Safety/Operations Administrator to join their team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating health and safety training sessions and drills.
Prepare and distribute company reports.
Assist in the identification and assessment of workplace hazards and risks.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and recommend improvements.
Ensure that emergency equipment and supplies are properly maintained and accessible.
