A well-established company in Richmond is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work either four or five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
· Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
· Coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders
· Overseeing and managing order flow
· Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the office
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Confident and professional when dealing with customers
· Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
· Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
