We are working with a Knaresborough based business that is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team.


  • Operate the back office system to update customer accounts, load new prices/discounts and produce invoices
  • Use WordPress to update the B2B site content
  • Have a good understanding of Mailchimp
  • Process customer registrations for online training
  • Continuously improve office productivity, produce sales reports, stock reports, produce stock forecasts and ensure customer performance graphs are up to date
  • Manage stock lines, organise stock deliveries and liaising with suppliers
  • Assist in annual appraisals on an organisational and administrative level and also produce letters and seek answers to the MDs requests
  • Ensure provision and purchase of all equipment/office stationary and organise team meeting, business and social events
  • Working as the company’s sponsored charities administrator which would involve building a national network of treatment and pharmacy advice centers, recruiting clients, promoting the charity and training

Salary and Benefits 

  • Salary – £18,000 - £24,000 with commission
  • 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
  • Free parking
  • 21 days holiday – plus bank holidays – Additional day each full year up to 28 days
