Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering exceptional assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Maintain records of agreements, customer profiles, and associated documentation. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

  • Accurately input customer details, lease terms, and financial information into the company's database and software systems.

  • Work effectively alongside various departments to optimize processes and effectively address customer concerns.
