We are currently representing an Accountancy firm located in Newton Aycliffe who is looking for an Administration Consultant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2 – 3 years experience working in a like-for-like Administration/Receptionist based position.
You must have excellent written and verbal skills, be highly organised and be proficient using Microsoft Office.
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Regularly liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Booking appointments for staff members
- Responding to all incoming queries via email
- General administrative duties as and when required; filing, photocopying etc.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week/ Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
The successful candidate will have their own office to work from.
