Accounts and Procurement Assistant, £24,000, Ripon

We are currently representing a family established business who are a wholesaler within the restaurant and catering sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a general accounts background and has had exposure to procurement looking for a role they can develop. The successful candidate will be involved in helping the business to grow by providing senior managers with the information they need to look at pricing and maintaining margins.

Key Duties:
• Processing orders whilst recording prices
• Matching orders to deliveries through to integration with Sage 50
• Using the software to maintain margins by monitoring fluctuations in prices
• Accurately recording information
• Reconciliation with supplier and sales ledger
• General accounts duties
• General administration duties
• Booking in vehicles for repairs

You will have previous accounts and procurement experience, be a strong communicator and be adaptable. Experience of using Sage 50 accounts would be advantageous.
