Accounts Payable Administrator, £18, 278, Harrogate

We are currently representing a well-established client who have an opening for an Accounts Payable Administrator at their Head Office in Harrogate. Based in the finance team you will be processing invoices for payment in line with company policy.

Key Duties:
• Preparing and inputting invoices onto the ledger
• Dealing with incoming post
• Scanning invoices
• Assist with the review of key accounts
• Processing expenses, credit card and petty cash returns
• Provide support to all areas of the Purchase Ledger Team
• Build customer, supplier and team relationships

Skills required:
• Purchase Ledger experience advantageous but not essential
• Administration experience
• Strong communication skills
• Positive manner
• Ability to gather and analysis information
