Are you looking for a role that offers flexibility with hours to allow for later starts/earlier finishes (for example to suit the school run)?

We are working with a genuinely supportive team near Thirsk who are looking for an Accounts Administrator, offering part-time hours with great flexibility on the days/times these are worked.

The role will be up to 21 hours per week, though this can be negotiated to suit you.

As part of a small team in a lovely open plan office, a typical day will include:

· Filing invoices/documents

· Processing invoices and other basic bookkeeping tasks as required by the Finance Manager

· Sending monthly statements to customers

· Monitoring and control of Excel spreadsheets relating to Delivery costs/analysis etc.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience within in accounts environment, though the role will also assist other areas of the business. A key requirement to be successful is a good understanding of Microsoft Excel (confident with formulas e.g. Sum-ifs) as this is heavily utilised on a daily basis.
