Our client based in Bishop Auckland is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This will be an ongoing temporary contract with an unknown end date, though there is potential for the right candidate to go permanent.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Purchase Ledger: Posting, checking, run accruals as necessary, Checking supplier statements
  • Telephone enquiries
  • Cars: Code fuel and car lease invoices, Private fuel recharge spreadsheet and journal, Driving licences annual check
  • Code expense claims, expenses journal
  • Mileage spreadsheets: Car Folder, Business travel, Private fuel recharge, Site Manager timesheet
  • Subcontract supply and fix ledger, Subcontract Plant invoices, Monthly payment run
  • Factory Sales – preparation & post journals
  • Factory payroll (exp. not essential)
