We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s team in Newton Aycliffe.
As the successful candidate, you will have a passion for sales, building strong relationships, and delivering great customer service, along with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
You duties will include:
· Work with the team to help meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
· Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring repeat business and gathering feedback
· Use the company’s CRM system and marketing software to follow up on campaigns and convert interest into sales
· Meet KPIs by making regular customer contact and converting leads into bookings
· Use social media to engage with employers and generate sales, following company guidelines.
· Researching and profiling companies
· Following up on email and mailshot campaigns
· Making follow-up calls after courses
· Keep customer information accurate and up to date in the system
· Participate in role-play and objection handling sessions to refine sales techniques
· Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, representing the company
· Help with sales reports and general admin tasks to meet targets
What We’re Looking For:
· Comfortable using CRM systems and marketing software (experience with Click D is a plus)
· Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is ideal
· A team player who is happy to support others and share in the team’s success
· Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and hit targets in a busy environment
