Description
We are working with a Harrogate based client that need an Operations Manager or Coordinator to join their head office. This business operates in the Harrogate, York and Leeds area and is made up of an office team and colleagues out in the field.
Responsibilities
• Planning rotas and communicating them to the team
• Looking after the recruitment process
• Reviewing processes to improve operational areas
• Ensure all customer, supplier & employee records are maintained and updated
• Manage records of hours, holidays, rotas and all other key processes
• Looking after stock and dealing with orders
• Handling telephone, email & post enquiries
• Undertaking project work to improve business insight
Skills Needed
• Previous experience with a CRM system
• Competent with Excel, Word and Outlook
• Previously looked after a remote team and scheduling shift patterns
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to take initiative
• Have a “can do” attitude
Salary and Benefits
• Salary up to £29,000, depending on experience
• Bonus/Incentive scheme
• Office based with on-site parking
