Description

Due to growth and planned expansion, my client has an excellent opportunity for someone to play a key role in their business and is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team based in Skelton-in-Cleveland.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing the business with established trading partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact with trading partners
  • Effectively managing and growing existing relationships
  • Providing a high level of service to decision makers
  • Work alongside the Sales and Marketing team and the wider Management team to help achieve this
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement

We are looking for;

  • Experience of working as a Key Account Manager
  • Successful in building relationships in a B2B environment
  • Confident and professional on the phone, email communications and web-based video meetings, such as Teams
  • Good listening skills
  • Able to spot opportunities and act upon them
  • Enthusiastic and organised
  • Comfortable with using a CRM system and Microsoft applications proficiently
