Description
Due to growth and planned expansion, my client has an excellent opportunity for someone to play a key role in their business and is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team based in Skelton-in-Cleveland.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing the business with established trading partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact with trading partners
- Effectively managing and growing existing relationships
- Providing a high level of service to decision makers
- Work alongside the Sales and Marketing team and the wider Management team to help achieve this
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement
We are looking for;
- Experience of working as a Key Account Manager
- Successful in building relationships in a B2B environment
- Confident and professional on the phone, email communications and web-based video meetings, such as Teams
- Good listening skills
- Able to spot opportunities and act upon them
- Enthusiastic and organised
- Comfortable with using a CRM system and Microsoft applications proficiently
