Before joining Si, Nicola's career included everything from farming to working in the Middle-East and we feel her zest for life and hard work has put her in great-stead for a long and rewarding career in recruitment.

Her enthusiasm for the job is contagious and it’s fair to say that Nicola has definitely found her calling having already taken her specialism to new heights.

When Nicola isn’t in the office, you will find her leading a trailer on the family farm and spending time with her partner Harry!
