About Frances
Frances joined Si Recruitment 14 years ago after returning to the UK from New Zealand. She began her career with us training on the Accountancy & Finance desk in Harrogate before taking on the opportunity to expand and lead our recruitment efforts further North. This growth led to the successful establishment of our Northallerton and Middlesbrough branches.
Appointed as Director in 2026, Frances is deeply passionate about the local area. She is dedicated to recruiting, mentoring, and supporting talent within the local community, driving the continued success of Si Recruitment across the North.
Outside of work, Frances enjoys staying connected with her family overseas, spending quality time with her husband and daughters, and serving as a governor for a federation of six North Yorkshire schools.
