I am currently recruiting for a Support Team Operative to join my clients expanding team. They are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is experienced in verbal and written communications.

You will be joining a growing business with an opportunity to make a difference, as well as looking to continually develop and improve the services supplied.

You will be required to provide the highest standard of administrative support, organisation and customer service across the business ensuring that my clients standard of excellence is maintained at all times.

You will be the main point of contact for general customer enquiries and requests and will be responsible for providing communication and administrative support across a broad range of tasks including:

  • Responding to emails, phone calls and ad hoc enquiries in a responsive and professional manner.
  • Drafting correspondence to help solve internal and external puzzles.
  • Carrying out surveys throughout the year, analysing and collating the data, summarising key points for Directors.
  • Administrative and data entry work, ensuring data is kept updated and recorded accordingly.
  • Welcoming new Clients.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday -Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. The role is based around school term-time (38 weeks per annum, plus an additional 5 weeks per annum to be negotiated with the team), so holidays must be taken during school breaks.

Employment is subject to eligibility to work in the UK and you will require DBS clearance

The ideal applicant will have

  • Experience in office-based Support/Customer Service role.
  • A minimum of 2+ years telephone based customer service.
  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English.
  • Previous data entry and/or office administration experience.
  • An excellent and professional telephone manner and be comfortable receiving and making telephone calls.
  • A can-do attitude and the enthusiasm and drive to achieve.
