We are currently representing a leading client who is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager who will be responsible for processing client's payrolls in an efficient and effective manner, Ensuring high client retention rates and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited too:

- Running client weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring that clients are paid accurately and on time, whilst adhering to standard procedures
- Production of payslips and reports. Dispatching to each client according to their individual requirements
- Sending BACS payments as required
- Year-end processing
- Liaise with clients on a regular basis
- Check and input statutory payments ie. SSP/SPP/SMP
- Balance and reconcile payroll
- CIS Submissions
- Workplace Pensions : Auto-enrolment, setting up contributions etc.
- General administration duties

To be considered for the role you must have previous experience managing a Payroll process, you must also be efficient in SAGE payroll with the ability to work under pressure whilst having excellent attention to detail.

You must also have a minimum of 2 years experience at a UK based firm of Chartered Accountants to be considered.
