An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well established company based in Thirsk due to company growth.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure that the works orders are raised in line with the customer’s order. You will follow orders through to completion prior to be despatched and invoiced.

Key Responsibilities:

·Taking orders and managing both current and new business accounts

·Dealing with incoming telephone calls and queries from breweries, service providers and the public

·Entering data accurately using a Sage system and Microsoft Office packages

·Other administrative duties including filing, photocopying etc.

Key skills and experience essential:

·Previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential

·Excellent telephone skills

·Must have good IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages

·Experience of using Sage systems - desirable
