This is an exclusive opportunity to join a busy team based in Catterick on a full time , permanent basis.

 

To be successful in this role, you must be hard working, honest and reliable. Experience within account management or sales would be beneficial as you will be using sales skills when speaking with customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of client relationships being the most important role requirement.
    Understand your client’s requirements and respond in line with needs and expectations in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with other departments, being responsible for delivering and implementing projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations where possible.
  • Responsible for inbound enquiries on your accounts, but also new business, repeat business, parts only despatch orders but also cross selling.
  • Working closely with the Service Desk Team you are responsible for the monitoring of all service calls, response times and billing of chargeable elements where appropriate.
  • Report back to the client regarding such including performance against SLA.
  • On occasion you will also deal with any short notice requirement and escalations ensuring positive outcomes achieved.
