PA/Office Manager/Book-Keeper, £30-35,000, Thorpe Park, Leeds

Due to growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Office Manager with book-keeping experience to join a business in Thorpe Park, Leeds.

To be considered you should have PA experience at the corporate level, experience of working in the property management sector would be highly desirable. You should also have accounting experience including book-keeping, VAT returns and Sage Line 50 experience


  • Assisting Directors with submission of Expense claims
  • Arranging Director’s travel and accommodation
  • Management of Diaries for 4 directors
  • Arranging and planning meetings
  • Collating Board Packs and printing for meeting
  • Typing Agenda and Board Minutes and distributing
  • Booking events & hospitality

One Director - Personal

  • Personal administration
  • Fleet management
  • Management of day to day accounts for partnership business (Sage Line 50) including VAT returns and book-keeping
  • Management of day to day accounts for the Ltd business
  • Personal banking
  • Home and business insurance renewals
  • Assisting Accountants with information for personal tax returns
  • Booking events & hospitality

Main office is based in Thorpe Park in Leeds, parking onsite

Monday to Friday, office hours
