Finance Assistant, Part Time, £12.08ph, Harrogate

Our client who are a charity are looking for a Finance Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the Finance Department through providing day to day support with a range of sales ledger, cash management and general administration duties.
Skills Required:
· Previous experience within an Accounts support role
· Ability to work towards deadlines.
· Adaptable and proactive.
· Attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills
· IT literate including Excel.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Ledger – produce and distribute invoices.
· Input remittances to the Sales Ledger and allocate payment.
· Chase payment of overdue invoices.
· Manage the petty cash balances.
· Keep accurate records of receipts and payments.
· Monthly banking.
· Provide financial information to relevant departments.
· Taking calls and dealing with financial queries.
· Support on ad hoc projects.
